RULES AND INFORMATION
1.  The 4-H Crafts Division is open to all qualified 4-H members in Wise County.
2.  Each entry must be the work of the exhibitor and must be made since the previous Youth Fair.
3.  Premiums will be paid for first through third places if money is available.
4.  Places will be awarded based on quality of entry.
5.  An individual may have only one entry per class.
6.  Each entry must have name, age, club and class number taped on bottom.  
7.  Entries must be in between 7:30—10:00 a.m. on Thursday. None will be accepted after 10:00 a.m.  Judging will begin at 10:30 a.m.
8.  Entries will be released between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Friday.  Superintendents will not be responsible for entries left after 6:00 p.m.
9.  Due to space limitations, no entry can exceed 32H x 32L x 32W (exceptions: afghans & quilts which can be folded to that size).
10.  Pictures and hangings can be framed or matted.  This rule does not apply to photography.  See photography department.
11.  Pictures and hangings that are framed or matted can not exceed 32H x 32L x 32W.
12.  The Women’s Building will remain open  until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday and until 5:00 p.m. on Friday for public viewing. All photos left will be taken to
Extension Office.
13.  Pictures of trophy winners will be taken on Friday at 4:30 p.m.  This is for crafts and photography winners.
14.  All items will be judged according to quality, originality, appearance and workmanship.  Entries will be placed first through sixth in each age division.  
Trophy winners will be selected as Best of Show from each age division.
15.  Entries will be placed first through sixth place according to merit.  All others will receive participation.
