1.  The FCCLA Division is open to any FCCLA members and Family & Consumer Science
  students enrolled during the current school year in grades 9-12.  FCCLA members not
  currently enrolled in Family & Consumer Science are eligible to enter.  Students currently
  enrolled should enter at their last level of Family & Consumer Science with semester
  courses in foods counting as the next level.  FCCLA members not currently enrolled in
  Family & Consumer Science are eligible to enter according to number of years entered in
  the fair.

2.  Entry fees are due with the entry card.  The fee for craft and food entries is $3.00 for each
  entry.

3.  Each entry must be the work of the exhibitor.

4.  An individual student may have only one entry per class.

5.  Premiums will be paid for Grand, Reserve, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each class.

6.  Regardless of the number of entries in a class, no first place will be awarded if the quality
  of entries is inferior.

7.  All entries must be on an official entry card.  Entry cards are due on or before February 15,
  2008 to each Family & Consumer Science teacher.

8.  Entry numbers must be attached to all entries as instructed.

9.  Each entry card is numbered in both the left and right corners.  The right corner should be
  cut and attached to the entry.  Cards are to be returned to the department superintendent
  prior to the judging.

10. Food and craft entries must be in place by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.

11. Judging for foods and crafts will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday.

12.  All foods and craft entries will be released at 5:00 p.m., Friday. No entries will be released
earlier; however, all entries must be claimed no later than 6:00 p.m.

13.  Grand Champions and Reserve Grand Champions will be named in each Level.
     Premiums will be given on first through third places. Each Grand Champion in each level
     will be eligible for the sale. The Reserve will sell if the Grand is unable to attend or is
     otherwise disqualified.

14.  FCCLA level winners will have pictures made in the Women’s Building at 4:45 p.m., Friday.

15.  If a student should be awarded Grand Prize on two food items, they will choose the sale
     item, and the 1st runner-up in that level will move up.  However, that student will still keep
     the plaque and the premium money awarded.
